Hi Goddesses,
It's been a while since I have been on my blog....this blog. That said, I continued to blog, just under a different name, Pheora or @pheora1 on all social media paltforms.
You are probably like..."what?"..."goddesses?". Yep, that's what I call my followers on my social media platforms. I chose the name because my aim is to empower my communiy...my followers. Ithought...Why be a Princess when you can be Queen?...or better yet, why be Queen when you can be a Goddes?
I know i've been quiet...for nearly 5 years...wow! But, I will keep this blog. This blog is specifically focusing on fashion, while @pheora1 is a blend between fashion and beauty. My goal for the remainer of the year is to show this blog some more love and share my fashion favorites.
If you are new here, welcome! <3
Be sure to follow this blog and my other social media handles.
xoxo

The New School
Hi my fashion lovers,
You remember I told you that I am entering The New School Competition for a chance to attend my dream school, I had been working hard in finding someone in my country to produce the video and I am greatful my amazing cousin volunteered to help :) I think that the video portrays me an artist and the way I view the world, so I hope that comes across to all who watch it. I will share the link within the next 24 hours. I'm nervous and excited at the same time . Are you excited?!?
Before I leave, I want to share some of my favorite pics and looks of the day
Keep it stylish and chic from day to night by mixing casual and formal elements in your look. Ripped jeans are still in so don't be afraid to rock miladys! I understand my friends in colder places, you are afraid of this; however you can still work these inspired looks with stylish combat boots, booties, or high heeled boots.
How stunning is this look? I want to try it in my next youtube video, an in-depth tutorial. So you can look forward to a tutorial on this look very soon.
That's all for today! :)
Don't forget to feed your fashion hunger! :-*

Fashion Steal
I love this look actually, even though it's revealing, the necklace and hair surprisingly make it look sophisticated. I would certainly rock this look. It's best for women with curves and a medium size bust area.

Black Cherry
Hello my fashion lovers,
I know it's winter time for those in Europe and parts of the Americas. Since it's summer here it got me thinking of sharing one of my favorite lipstics by Revlon. It's called Black Cherry and it's a dark maroon red. It's perfect for both summer and winter looks if paired with whites, blacks, greys.

The New School Competition
Hello fashion lovers,
So today I would like to talk about The New School Competition. It's been a long dream of mine to attend Parsons and an even longer dream to become a fashion designer, so I was very anxious to take part in the competition. I've always known I cannot afford Parsons but this competition gives me hope. For all of you interested in studying music, liberal arts, and film pls take your chance to apply because it's an amazing school. Stay tuned for my video because I will need your kind support.
While I sign off to bed in here Namibia;
Don't forget to feed your fashion hunger 😉

EMBRACE YOUR NATURAL HAIR: Hair Pride for Curly Hair Women
Deciding to go natural is only half of the battle. Getting your curls to look their best can often be much more difficult and just plain frustrating. We put together a list of 5 curly hair tips that will completely change your life and the love you have for your curls.
- Stop Straightening Curlies in numbers agree that the hardest part about being natural is simply doing it. We are often accustomed to changing the texture of our hair, so it is hard to quit and embrace how we look with the hair we were given. Once you can put down the straightening tools and products, you can embrace who you are and work to get the best possible curly version of you. Say “goodbye” to heat damage!
- Deep Conditioning Moisture is key when being curly and one of the best ways to get moisturized curls is through deep conditioning. Conditioning daily is important, but deep conditioners are made specifically to penetrate your hair’s many layers and give your roots the moisture they need to stay frizz free. Instead of using per-made condition, here is a way to use less chemicals and protect your hair. Use natural oils such as extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, morocan oil, or organ oil on your hair. Simply rub these products in your hair daily and your hair conditions 10x better than the conditioner you buy. Here is the secret: all the conditioners you purchase have one of more of these oils in them!
- Trims Every 6 monthsThe length of time that you can go without a trim depends on the length of your hair, but most stylists will suggest that you come in every six to eight weeks (but i suggest 6 months for those with slow-growing hair). Once you get in the habit of getting your hair trimmed on a regular basis, you will notice your hair looking healthier; something many curly girls strive for.
- Sleep on a Satin Pillowcase Second day hair is not something every curly girl can get, but one way to improve your odds is by sleeping on a satin pillowcase. Just as you don’t want to use a typical towel to blot your curls, you want to take that same care at night when you are rolling all over the place. The right pillowcase will reduce your frizz in the morning as well as keep your curl pattern intact.
- Use a Sulfate-Free Shampoo or Co-Wash While all of these habits are extremely important, this one will make such a huge difference in your curls that you’ll never go back to your old ways. If you shampoo in order to cleanse your hair, switch to a sulfate-free shampoo like DevaCurl No-Poo since sulfates can be drying and damaging to the hair. Some curly girls are lucky enough that they need no shampoo at all and can get away with only using conditioner (co-washing). If you are not sure if you fall into this category or not, spend one weekend finding out. Your curls might love you for it and you can put that money you typically spend on shampoo towards other great products!more tips, visit http://www.naturallycurly.com

HOW TO CONTOUR YOUR FACE
Step 1: Work some magic
“Contouring can be very technical but the basic theory is that you want to use dark, matte shades on areas you want to recede and absorb light, such as the sides of the nose and pockets of the cheeks, and light, shimmery shades on those you want to bring forward and reflect light, like the tops of the cheeks.”
Step 2: Get the right kit
“I like contouring kits, since they have all the shades you need right there and some, like Smashbox’s Step-By-Step, have application instructions inside, too.”
Step 3: Learn the dark arts
“With the darkest color in the kit, I sculpt under the height of the cheekbones and diagonally down toward the jawline using a small round brush and feathering the edges. This deepens the hollows of the cheeks, creating the illusion of depth there. You can also do the sides of your nose for a slimmer shape.”
Step 4: Play with dimension
“I sweep the medium color over the tops of the apples and into the hollows of the cheeks, feathering it away toward the corner of the mouth. I also go around the hair line under the jawline to define the face, and make it more three-dimensional.”
Step 5: Catch the light
“I use the lightest color on top of the cheekbones then swoop it underneath the eyes and gently on top of the brow bone. You can also do the bridge of the nose and just the top of the chin in a small circle to bring the face forward.”
Step 6: Don't forget blush
“Lastly, I like to add a little color to the face to bring it to life. I’ll usually go for a pretty pink blush and apply it a little bit further back than the apples of the cheeks. It’s a simple trick that adds more dimension, and you’re done.”
