Today I want to talk about my favorite teas! I absolutely love tea not only because it tastes good but because it's really good for your heart and overall health. My favorite teas are as follow:
1. Earl Grey
2. Oolong Tea (good for digestion)
3. Chai Tea (also good for digestion)
4. Green Tea (great for lowering or preventing high blood pressure)
I will talk more about these teas in another post.
I drink my tea WITHOUT sugar.
I drink tea about 2x per day, different ones.
